Barack Obama: President Hugs Nurse Cured Of Ebola

Ms. Pham was cleared of the disease on Friday, October 24, 13 days after testing positive. She said: "I feel fortunate and blessed to be standing here today," she said. "Throughout this ordeal, I have put my faith in God and my medical team." Later in the day, she visited the White House and got a hug from President Obama in the Oval Office. Duncan died in Texas on October 8 after infecting Pham and another health worker, Amber Vinson. Both are now free of the disease. 33-year-old American doctor, Craig Spencer has also tested positive to the disease in New York after treating patients in Guinea. He is currently under isolation at the Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan.
