55 year old man and his son to die by hanging in Ekiti, find out why

An Ado-Ekiti High Court, on Monday, sentenced a 55-year- old man, Jimoh Ayeni and his son, Haruna, to death by hanging, for the murder of a farmer. Justice Mosun Bodunde found the man and his son guilty of murder of Chief Clement Ayeni, while he was working in his farm. Bodunde said the prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubts that the duo committed the murder on June 27, 2012. “The sentence of the court upon you is that you be hanged by the neck until you will be dead. May the Lord have mercy on your souls,” the judge held. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that Ekiti State counsel, Mr Familoni Adeniyi, had submitted that the convicts murdered the deceased at Ose Egbeda Camp in Emure-Ekiti, Ekiti East Local Government Area.
