Boko Haram: Soldiers destroy explosive-laden vehicle in Borno

The vehicle was supposedly meant for use in suicide bombings by Boko Haram which had earlier invaded the town on Tuesday, December 2: The Nigerian army has scored another victory against Boko Haram as a vehicle reportedly laden with explosives was destroyed by troops in Konduga, Borno State. The vehicle was supposedly meant for use in suicide bombings by the sect which had earlier invaded the town on Tuesday, December 2. The latest triumph by the troops was announced via statement released by PR Nigeria on Wednesday, December 3. The statement also added that a large number of terrorists were killed during the operation but the Nigerian army did not record any casualties. The Tuesday attack on Konduga by Boko Haram was also repelled by soldiers leaving 70 of the terrorists dead.
