Ebola Outbreak: 90 Quarantined In Mali
Fears of a full blown outbreak arose in the
West African nation after a case of Ebola went
undiagnosed in an Imam who had arrived from
Guinea.
90 people have been quarantined in Mali in
attempts to keep the disease from spreading in
the country.

A nurse who treated him at the Pasteur Clinic in
Bamako came down with the disease and died.
Malian authorities have begun the frantic search
for anyone who might have come in contact with
the late cleric whose body was washed at a
mosque before being returned to Guinea for
burial.
20 United Nations peace keepers are among
those being observed for symptoms of the
disease.
Mali recorded its first case of Ebola in a 2-year-old
girl who also arrived from Guinea but is not
connected to the latest outbreak.
